A 30-year Army veteran who has helped run the County Clerk's office since 2021 — now running uncontested to lead it.
Millonzi served 30 years in the U.S. Army and 25 years as a senior federal civil servant. Since 2021 she has been Chief of Staff of the Hays County Clerk's office under retiring Clerk Elaine Cárdenas. She won the May 2026 Democratic runoff and has no November opponent.
